Shareholder Protection
Shareholder protection protects each of the shareholders. On the death or diagnosis of a critical illness of a shareholder, the other shareholders receive a cash lump sum which can then be used to buy the affected shareholder’s shares.

This method ensures that the shareholder’s family receive their part of the inheritance as quickly as possible whilst there is minimum disruption to the company

Keyman Protection
Is an important form of business insurance. It can be described as an insurance policy taken out by a business to compensate for financial losses that would arise from the death or extended incapacity of an important member of the business. It is a form of life insurance,  that is used for business succession or business protection purposes.

The policy's term does not extend beyond the period of the key person’s usefulness to the business. Keyman Insurance policies are usually owned by the business and the aim is to compensate the business for losses incurred with the loss of a key income generator and facilitate business continuity. Key person insurance does not indemnify the actual losses incurred but compensates with a fixed monetary sum as specified in the insurance policy.

Many businesses have a key person who is responsible for the majority of profits or has a unique and hard to replace skill set such as Intellectual Property that is vital to the organisation. An employer may take out a key person insurance policy on the life or health of any employee whose knowledge, work, or overall contribution is considered uniquely valuable to the company. The employer does this to offset the costs and losses which the employer is likely to suffer in the event of the loss of a key person.

Group Private Medical Insurance
Group Private Medical Insurance, also known as Group Private Health Insurance, allows you as an employer to pay for private medical care for your employees. Some policies give the option to choose when, where and by which specialist they are treated, in addition to comfortable private rooms if their treatment requires a hospital stay.

Landlord Insurance
When you become a landlord, standard buildings and contents insurance is no longer enough. If you fail to tell your insurer that you have rented out your property, they will flatly refuse to pay any claim you subsequently make. Whether you are renting out your home or building a portfolio of buy-to-let properties, you will have a lot of money tied up in the property. You, therefore, need specialist landlords insurance.
